Josh Jacobs

Co-Founder & Practice Director

Josh Jacobs is a lifelong entrepreneur and the husband of Dr. Greta Gregg. As Co-Founder and Practice Director of Wells & Vision, he oversees the patient experience and day-to-day operations, helping ensure every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.

A River North resident for more than a decade, Josh has a deep connection to the neighborhood and a strong desire to build something meaningful within it. Wells & Vision was created as a family-owned practice that reflects the warmth, creativity, and energy of the community it serves.

With a background in marketing, technology, and business strategy, Josh has spent over fifteen years helping modern brands design experiences that connect both emotionally and visually. That same philosophy shapes Wells & Vision, where thoughtful design, advanced technology, and personal attention come together to elevate what an eye care visit can feel like.

Working alongside his wife, Josh is proud to help create a place where clinical excellence meets genuine human care and where every patient is treated like family.

Roman Jacobs

Future Visionary

Born right here in Chicago, Roman is the youngest member of the Wells & Vision family. He reminds us daily why clear sight and a clear vision for the future matter so much. When he’s not smiling at patients from his stroller on Wells Street, he’s busy inspiring our mission to treat every family like our own.

Jax

Chief Happiness Officer

Jax is the Jacobs family’s loyal Shih Tzu (and unofficial greeter of River North). Equal parts gentle and curious, he’s known for spreading good vibes, wagging tails, and a reminder that everyone deserves a little extra care and kindness.
